Shipping Costs

(All prices include statutory VAT where applicable.)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.49 per order.
Orders above €49.00 are delivered free of charge.

International deliveries:
Flat-rate shipping fees apply as follows:

EU countries: €4.49

United Kingdom: £3.99

Switzerland: CHF 4.49

USA: $4.99

Canada: CAD 6.99

Orders over €49.00 (or equivalent value in local currency) are shipped free of charge internationally.

Note for Non-EU countries:
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. the UK, Switzerland, USA, or Canada), additional customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery times are as follows:

Germany: 5 – 8 business days

International: 5 – 14 business days after order confirmation
(for prepayment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Customs & Import Taxes
Our products are fulfilled and shipped from regional production centers whenever possible (e.g. within the EU, UK, USA, or Canada).
This means that most orders are delivered without additional customs or import fees.

However, in rare cases — if your order is produced and shipped from another region — customs duties or import taxes may apply, which must be paid by the customer.
